i had the most underwhelming stay at casa rosa gran hotel boutique. first of all, the toilet leaked AND the AC only worked for 5 minutes. so much for comfort, right? expecting a room upgrade after those inconveniences was clearly too much to ask. the 'charming' air freshener smelled like loo cleaner, disgusting! i almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Rosa! The amazing view of the cathedral from my room made me feel special. Breakfast was delicious, although the bathroom could've used a bit of attention. Overall, a solid spot to explore Puebla.

The Casa Rosa Gran Hotel Boutique is excellently situated steps from the zocalo and directly across from the cathedral, allowing easy access to various dining options. The property has been tastefully renovated, offering small but comfortable rooms. My stay in the King Suite View provided a well-appointed and spacious shower, enhancing the overall comfort. Highly recommendable for a business stay due to its convenience and quality.

The Standard Suite had a strong, unpleasant odor from an air freshener, and the water was cold—so much for a comfortable shower. Issues with the lights made it difficult to get ready, ruining the flow of our mornings.

the location is unbeatable. right next to attractions and restaurants. housekeeping was excellent. room was consistently clean and fresh. the rooftop bar was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring.

I loved the peace in my room, even with the city buzzing outside! The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. I enjoyed my breakfast at the nearby café, which was a nice touch. The staff were super friendly, but the Wi-Fi could be spotty at times, which was a bit annoying.
